Oversize for Express
Packages more than 108 but less than 119 in length, or greater than 130 in length plus girth, will be charge the highest of the actual weight or the dimensional weight, or the 90 pound rate, plus an Oversize package charge.

FedEx Oversize Packages
Oversize 1
A package is considered oversized 1 (OS1) when all of the following conditions apply:
- The package's combined length and girth exceed 84 inches.
- The package's combined length and girth is equal to or less then 108"
- The package's actual weight is less than 30 pounds
- OS is calculated by taking the width + depth x 2 then add the length, if greater than 84 then package is OS1
For each OS1 package the billable weight is 30 pounds.
Oversize 2
A package is considered oversized 2 (OS2) when all of the following apply:
- The package's combined length and girth exceeds 108 inches.
- The package's actual weight is less than 50 lb.
- The package's combined length and girth is equal to or less then 130"
- OS is calculated by taking the width + depth x 2 then add the length, if greater than 108 then package is OS2
For each OS2 package the billable weight is 50 pounds.
Oversize 3
A package is considered oversized 3 (OS3) when all of the following apply:
- The package's combined length and girth exceeds 130 inches.
- The package's combined length and girth is equal to or less then 165"
For each OS3 package there is also a Large Package Surcharge per package in addition to the 90lb. rate.

For the shipments that are over the maximum size or weight restrictions of the other carriers. We can pack it & palletize it for you.

How to measure your box
To determine the length and girth of your package follow the following steps: Add the Longest dimension to the total of all the four sides that make up the girth
