Custom Corrugated Boxes, Made Fast!
Half Slotted Container (HSC)
Automatic Box Machine Machine
(RSC) Regular Slotted Container * Most commonly ordered *
The RSC carton can be used for a variety of products and is the most common box style. All the flaps have the same length and the two outer flaps normally the lengthwise flaps) are one-half the container's width, so they meet at the center of the box when folded.
(FOL) Full Overlap Carton.
This style is great for heavy items or when expecting rough handling. Stacked on its bottom panel, the overlapping flaps provide added strength. All flaps have the same length (the width of the box). When closed, the outer flaps overlap to provide more strength and rigidity.
(OPF) One Piece Folder
One piece of corrugated is cut so that it provides a flat bottom, with flaps forming the sides and ends, and extensions of the side flaps meeting to form the top. Common uses are books and printed materials, and interior packaging for custom works. (spacers, layering, separation).
(DCC) Double Cover Cartons
This style is frequently used for tall or heavy products that would be difficult to lower into a box. Items can be placed on the bottom tray, then the sides are placed around it, and then the lid secured in place. This style of carton is also useful for tall items.
(HSC) Half Slotted Carton.
The half slotted carton is made similar to the regular slotted carton (RSC) but made without one set of flaps. Usually a lid is added to this carton to allow the carton to be used for storage purposes (file box) and the lid removable.
(FPF) Five Panel Folder Carton.
5 panel fold carton is commonly used for shipping or storing long items, such as canes, curtain rods track light fixtures. The extra flaps are used to strengthen the carton.
Bulk Bin
ABulk Bin is a large corrugated fibreboard half-slotted body with one or two covers, Due to their filled weight, bulk bins / pallet cartons are usually placed on a pallet, providing easy access to move or load. Bulk Bins can be used for everything from prepacked cartons to loose items.
Sheets, Pads, Separators.
Sheets, Pads are corrugated sheets used for extra protection or for separating tiers or layers of articles when packed for shipment. Some uses would be to sandwich photographs to protect them from bending. Inserts for mailers to protect the contents from damage.
Partitions / Separators
Partitions provide separate cells for individual items in a box. They are commonly used for glassware and other fragile items. Cells can be made short for glass ware or tall/long for separating long items such as golf clubs.
Telescoping cartons
Telescoping cartons can be used in multiple situations, for items such as ski's, walking sticks, flag poles all types of items that can be of different lengths. Ideal carton to stock when you have items of differing lengths, this style of carton allows you to stock fewer cartons but still be able to handle multiple lengths of items.
