#4 Include with your painting a copy of the registration that we send back to you, along with the payment for the handling $30.00. And payment for return shipping or the fee for prepaid shipping. You may use one check or two. If you pay for return shipping and your art sells we will issue you a refund.
Time is short so please do not delay the process, we recommend you ship via UPS or Fedex.
Steps to submitting a painting to the

1. Complete the Registration form below, fill in data and click on submit. We will respond. 2. Obtain a return shipping quote from the form below, enter data and click on submit. We will respond. 3. Ship paintings to us with a copy of the registration form enclosed with payment for handling, if you are paying us for the return shipping, you may include that amount on the same check. 4. Enjoy the exhibition, afterwards we will collect the paintings, repackage and ship them.
Instructions for shipping to Pastel Society of New Hampshire Exhibition
Paintings shipped to the Pastel Society of New Hampshire must be packaged in a sturdy, re-usable container. Paintings should be wrapped in bubble wrap, corrugated shipping paper, or other material designed to protect the shipped work. If the painting is wrapped in bubble wrap for protection, use masking or drafting tape to secure it. Use as little of the tape as possible because the bubble wrap will be used in the return shipping.
You must obtain pricing for return shipping prior to sending the paintings. Pricing available by completing the request form on this page.
Handling Fee: Include in your package a check for $ 30.00 payable to Parcel Room Return Shipping Fee: Include the form that has been submitted to us for pricing and returned to you. Please include a check to cover the quoted amount. Please be accurate with measurements and weight, if there are discrepancies, you will be contacted for payment. The carriers measure to the ¼ inch so please be exact.
The return shipping amount can be obtained above click on the quote request form. Complete the form and click on submit.
Shipping costs. This form must be included with the painting so we can match information and will be used to identify your painting, so please complete all the fields. Unless otherwise directed, your painting will be returned by UPS or FedEx Ground. No PO boxes for return addresses please. Declared value limit for art work is $100.00. If you require a signature at the time of delivery that is an additiona fee, please request it when you submit your request for an estimate.
Prepaid Return Labels: Yes, Using your oun account is permitted, there is a processing fee of $5.00 Pick up at the show: No additional fees, but PLEASE let us know in advance if possible.

Date for shipping Paintings may be shipped at any time after Aug 20th, 2009 but they must arrive in Portsmouth by Sept 8th, 2009 Arrivals after the cut off day will miss the truck to the show. After the show paintings should be shipped back within two weeks of the show ending. (Oct 19th) Disclaimer Parcel Room will take all possible care in unpacking, delivering, removing, and repacking your art work. Neither Parcel Room nor any person connected to it or employees shall be held liable for any damage to the art work due to shipping, improper or inadequate packaging. Submission & shipment of the art work constitutes an agreement between all parties to the above terms.Packaging: If your is carton damaged during shipping and cannot be used to provide safe return Shipping, we will contact you and give you some prices and options.
We do recommend either use a professional packager or Strongbox reusable shipping cartons.
